Star Crossed Slouchy Beret

Hi! How have you been? I've been pretty absent from this space. But I made a thing, and here it is. It's the Star Crossed Slouchy Beret by Natalie Larson.

I finished knitting it while we were on holiday in Singapore. I haven't blogged in almost a year, so much to catch you up on. We are still in the bus. Still at the same location. We sold our house in the country, paid off all our debt and decided to take the kids on a replica holiday of one Ian's dad took him on to Singapore when he was 9, the same age Charlie is now. Perhaps I'll get around to doing a little blog post of the holiday. For now let's keep it to knitting! Got to ease back in to these things you know!!

I enjoyed knitting this beret, quick and easy. It is a free download on Yarn Canada :) I have ordered some cotton yarn to knit another for a friend who will be losing her hair. If you have any soft and non irritating yarn recommendations for chemo patients let me know. This pattern calls for worsted weight.

Anyway, I hope you are well and happy!

Much love
Margret
